4-H horse members

Latah County’s Horse program helps develop leadership, citizenship, responsibility, and other life-skills and character traits as outlined in the 4-H Lifeskills Model.    Young people are prepared for citizenship responsibilities through working in groups and supporting community horse projects and activities.
