Latah County Leaders’ Council Scholarship/Travel Learning Grant
Use this form for travel, clinic and trainings for both adult and youth requests.
Senior looking for scholarships may be awarded up to $500 from Leader’s Council.
Latah County’s Horse program helps develop leadership, citizenship, responsibility, and other life-skills and character traits as outlined in the 4-H Lifeskills Model. Young people are prepared for citizenship responsibilities through working in groups and supporting community horse projects and activities.
