Ethics Training

Tuesday May 20th

All new livestock members are required to attend the Livestock Ethics training. The one-hour training will be held May 20th at 7:00 P.M. and June 17th at 7:00 P.M.

If members are unable to attend one of these training sessions they will not be permitted to sell their animals in the Market Animal Sale. Special arrangements will not be made. If you have any questions please contact the office at 529-1390.

It’s time once again to sign up for the 2014 Advanced and Veteran Master Gardener Classes.  Classes this year are tentatively scheduled for Wednesday evenings beginning Feb 19th.   In order to qualify for the Advanced and Veteran programs you need to be a certified Master Gardener within the last three years, all Master Gardeners certified prior to this need to re-qualify through a written test available in the Extension Office.  The fee for the class is $25.00.  We are looking forward to starting the season and welcoming back our many dedicated volunteers.  Please contact Monica at mallen@uidaho.edu  if you have any further questions.
