Food Safety and Preservation

UI Extension educators provide food safety training to consumers through classes, face-to-face and telephone consultations. The goal of food safety education is to maintain the health of Idaho residents by preventing outbreaks of food borne illness.

Healthy Lifestyles

Classes are offered throughout the year on subjects ranging from menu planning, saving money at the grocery store, preparing healthy, wholesome foods, and exercise and strength training. Learn more.

Learn how to save money, pay down debt, manage your credit and protect against identify theft. Information about this two-session class will be posted when available.

Annie’s Project

A six-week course designed specifically for farm women, which develops management and decision-making skills of value to the operation of their farm. Classes will begin in the spring.
